You thrive on turning tight deadlines into clean, repeatable processes. Highly organized and accountable, you take end-to-end ownership, troubleshoot discrepancies proactively, and aim to deliver 100% accuracy every single pay period. You’re detail-obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by turning messy problems into documented solutions.
