Great websites are not built. They are designed by people who care, about hierarchy, spacing, typography, and every interaction that determines how someone feels while they browse.

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their design journey who wants to learn the craft properly, not just the shortcuts. Someone who wants to become a Web Artisan, not a page builder.





You will work closely with senior designers, brand designers, UX designers, and Webflow developers, turning ideas into digital experiences people actually notice. You do not need to know everything. You need curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to learn something new every day.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of website design principles and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows.
- Working knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Awareness of responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn Webflow, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
- A portfolio showing personal, academic, freelance, or internship work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
