- 15–20 years of experience in software engineering, digital product engineering, enterprise architecture or technology consulting.
- Proven experience building or leading a technology practice, service line, centre of excellence or business unit.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMOps, vector infrastructure and modern cloud architectures.
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent enterprise orchestration platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, consultative selling, solution positioning and account expansion.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior technology stakeholders.
- Experience developing differentiated service offerings,



reusable accelerators and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial orientation with exposure to revenue growth, gross-margin improvement and operational ownership.
- Proven ability to build, mentor and scale high-performing engineering and architecture teams.
- Strategic understanding of the shift towards AI-led, outcome-based and Services-as-Software models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and the ability to build a practice from strategy through execution.
- Willingness to travel for strategic customer engagements
