Role

The Manager – Donor Relations Management will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to support BJS's mission and programmes.



The role combines strategic engagement, relationship management, proposal development, impact communication, and effective coordination across functions to drive resource mobilization and deepen partner engagement.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage potential partners whose priorities align with BJS's mission and programmes
- Support development of tailored engagement strategies for prospective donors
- Assist in developing high-quality concept notes, proposals, partnership decks, and budgets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective donor partners
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up conversations with stakeholders
- Work with programme teams to capture impact data, success stories, and case studies for donor reporting
- Prepare high-quality, timely donor reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) as per agreed formats
