About Gilly Professional Kitchens

Gilly Professional Kitchens is an established manufacturer and solution provider for professional kitchen, refrigeration and food-service equipment. With a strong manufacturing setup and a growing team across sales, design, production, projects, service and administration, we are looking for an energetic HR Executive who can strengthen our recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Understand manpower requirements from different department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with selected candidates and manage the complete joining process.




- Maintain an active candidate database for frequently required positions.
- Focus on timely closure of vacancies across Sales, Design, Production, Projects, Service, Accounts and Administration.

2. Joining & Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other employment documentation.
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation of current employees.
- Ensure new employees are introduced to company policies, reporting structures and KRAs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain records relating to salary revisions, incentives, deductions, advances and reimbursements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC and other statutory employee-related documentation with the concerned consultants/accounts team.
