Job Summary

We are looking for a mature, experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and coordinate our Field Sales and Telecalling Teams across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales team management, business development, target achievement, MIS reporting, management presentations and telecalling operations.

The candidate should be a solid team leader with excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to drive the team towards achieving business targets through continuous follow-up, motivation, monitoring and performance management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Management
- Lead and coordinate the Field Sales Teams across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- Set clear sales objectives and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of the field team.




- Review individual and team performance against targets.
- Identify performance gaps and take timely corrective action.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and sales briefings.
- Motivate the team and create a strong target-oriented sales culture.
- Ensure proper territory/market coverage and effective deployment of the field sales team.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders / Sales Officers and ensure proper execution of sales plans.
- Support the team in resolving field-level challenges and customer/business issues.
- Ensure effective follow-up of leads and conversion opportunities.

Telecalling Team Management
- Manage and supervise the Telecalling Team and ensure effective utilization of leads.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Monitor telecalling productivity, lead follow-up and conversion performance.
- Review call reports and ensure proper follow-up of prospective customers.
- Guide and motivate
