The Prospect
- Define, lead, and execute the transformation vision in alignment with the customers business objectives and strategy
- Establish and oversee the Transformation Office to support governance, delivery, and ongoing transformation initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the transformation team, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and external partners
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders on a regular basis
- Stay current on emerging technologies and advise on their relevance to the customers transformation agenda
- Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for transformation programs
- Own and define enterprise-grade Azure and GenAI reference architectures, including cloud, data, AI, and agentic patterns
- Lead the design of GenAI solutions,



including LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows
- Act as the final architectural authority for complex, large-scale transformation and GenAI-led engagements
- Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles are embedded by design
- Lead large-deal solutioning and pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops and executive-level presentations
- Shape deal strategy, solution differentiation, value articulation, and pricing constructs in partnership with sales leadership
- Own the technical win strategy for strategic pursuits and transformation-led deals
- Serve as a trusted advisor in C-level deal conversations, linking technology decisions to business outcomes
- Act as a senior interface with Microsoft Azure, AI, and industry GTM teams for joint pursuits and co-sell motions
- Leverage Microsoft programs, accelerators, and funding
