- Handle daily pickup requests and coordinate pickup schedules with clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding pickup timings, locations, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams/drivers to ensure pickups are completed on time.
- Follow up with clients and drivers regarding pickup status.
- Maintain accurate records of pickup details and completed pickups.
- Resolve basic pickup-related issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure a positive and skilled experience for clients.
- Manage multiple pickup requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to speak professionally with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressure.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, customer service, or coordination is a plus.
- Two-wheeler/driving licence can be an added advantage if the role requires field pickups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
