- Installation and commissioning of packaging machines at customer sites.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
- Provide machine demonstrations and operator training to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare service reports after every site visit.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, Electrical, and Sales teams for technical issues.
- Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts, and machine performance.
- Travel extensively across South India as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Follow company safety procedures and service SOPs.

Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics or relevant field.




- 1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery / packaging machinery / automation service.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, drives, and electrical panels will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
