We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented manufacturing leader to head its plant operations and drive operational excellence, profitability, and business growth.

Experience & Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (preferred)

Minimum 5 years' experience independently heading a manufacturing plant

Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Ayurvedic, FMCG, Food Processing, Chemicals, or Process Industries will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete plant operations with ownership and accountability

Drive profitability through effective management of Man, Material & Machine

Improve productivity, quality, machine utilization, and manufacturing efficiency

Reduce production costs, wastage, downtime, and inventory levels

Strengthen production planning, maintenance, quality systems, and SOP implementation

Build a disciplined, performance-driven manufacturing culture





Develop and mentor production, engineering, maintenance, and support teams

Work closely with Sales to align production with market demand and business growth

Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE

Desired Profile

Hands-on experience in plant management and manufacturing systems

Commercial mindset with a focus on operational excellence and profitability

Excellent planning, analytical, communication, and people management skills

Willing to relocate and settle in Bikaner, Rajasthan

Compensation

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
