The Opportunity
Arkabandhu Exim is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead and scale its international trade and EXIM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business development, operations and P&L.;
- Develop international buyers, suppliers and strategic trade relationships.
- Manage end-to-end
export and import operations

- Oversee EXIM documentation, customs, regulatory compliance and trade finance.
- Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs and logistics partners.
- Build relationships with industry associations, Export Promotion Councils, Chambers of Commerce and trade bodies.
- Build and lead the EXIM and international business-development team.
Candidate Profile
- 10–20+ years of experience in
exports, imports and international trade

- Strong hands-on knowledge of
EXIM documentation, freight forwarding, customs and international logistics
.
- Proven ability to develop international buyers and close commercial transactions.
- Strong network across industry associations, trade bodies and the EXIM ecosystem.
