We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Sulibele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various non-IT roles.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment.

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
