We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive sales of IT products and services. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their technology requirements, promoting IT solutions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions, software, hardware, or services.

Present product demonstrations and explain technical features and business perks to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.

Collaborate with technical teams to provide appropriate solutions and support.

Stay updated on IT industry trends,



competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or technology solutions sales is an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of IT products, software, networking, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity.

Ability to understand customer business needs and provide value-based solutions.

Goal-oriented with strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
