Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Pega application development (adjust based on role level).
- Strong knowledge of Pega Platform (PRPC), Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
- Experience with:
- Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Data Pages
- Activities and Flows
- Case Types
- UI Design
- Report Definitions
- Integration Services (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Solid SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
