Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Lead hands-on classroom and live interactive training sessions on Python, ReactJS, and modern Full Stack architecture.
- Course & Content Design: Develop, update, and refine training modules, lab exercises, real-world capstone projects, and assessment materials.
- Mentorship: Guide learners through complex coding problems, code reviews,



debugging sessions, and industry best practices.
- Skill Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations, mock interviews, and project evaluations to ensure student readiness for industry placement.
- Stay Updated: Continuously adapt course content to align with emerging trends in Python (Django/FastAPI), React ecosystem, and cloud deployment practices.

Core Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total experience in software development, training, or technical mentorship.
- Python Mastery: Strong expertise in Core Python, Advanced Concepts, Object-Oriented Programming, and enterprise frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
