Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in the Solar PV design and renewable energy sector. You will be trained to design rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems, prepare layouts and electrical drawings, and support project execution and performance monitoring. This is a great chance to learn, grow, and work on live solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:




- Assist in designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Learn and use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, SolarLabs.
- Support system sizing and energy generation calculations.
- Prepare SLDs, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Help create Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with Sales and Execution teams for technical support.
- Monitor plant performance and assist OM teams.
- Learn industry standards and best practices in solar design.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome (01 year experience).
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.
- Good learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well.
