Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trade Receivables Executive / Sr. Executive to manage hospital insurance/TPA receivables, claim follow-ups, settlements, reconciliation, and coordination with branches and insurance companies.

Candidates with experience in the Hospital / Healthcare / Insurance industry will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in Trade Receivables / Accounts Receivable / Insurance / TPA.
- Experience in the Hospital / Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of TPA processes, claim settlement and receivables management.
- Proficiency in HMS, ERP and MS Office/Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities




- Coordinate with branches/centres and TPA/CM teams for payment updates in HMS.
- Track claim submission, approval, enhancement and settlement status.
- Follow up on pending and old claims and resolve outstanding issues.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for timely claim settlements.
- Retrieve claim settlement details from TPA portals and ensure timely HMS updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly outstanding receivable reports.
- Prepare TPA-wise, location-wise and aging analysis reports.
- Perform reconciliation between HMS, ERP and other applications.
- Manage TPA and insurance empanelment and ensure required documentation is updated.
- Coordinate with centres to ensure accurate and timely receivable updates.
