Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support requests from the DACH region, ensuring timely and qualified responses.

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of hotel owners and investors in the DACH market.

• Collaborate with the DACH sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with Grand Metropolitan's global objectives.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline progress for the DACH region.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends within the German, Austrian, and Swiss hotel markets.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations for the DACH sales team with prospective clients.

• Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

• Support the onboarding process for new hotel properties within the DACH portfolio,



ensuring all sales-related documentation and information are accurately managed.

• Act as a liaison between the DACH sales team and other internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive client support.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as required to represent Grand Metropolitan in the DACH region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the hotel management or hospitality industry.

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with DACH clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
