Job Summary

Webindia Master is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help businesses choose the right IT and digital marketing solutions.

This is not just a calling or lead-follow-up position. The person joining us will be expected to understand a prospective client's business, identify their challenges and recommend suitable solutions such as website development, e-commerce development, mobile applications, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising and other digital services.

You will manage the sales process from the first conversation through requirement understanding, proposal preparation, negotiation and closure. Once a project is confirmed, you will also coordinate a smooth handover to the project and delivery teams.

The role is suitable for someone who communicates clearly, follows up consistently and prefers building skilled relationships instead of relying on aggressive sales tactics.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through online research, business directories, LinkedIn,



referrals, networking, and other suitable channels.
- Generate new business opportunities for website development, mobile applications, e-commerce, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing services.
- Research each prospect's company, industry, website, and digital presence before making contact.
- Connect with decision-makers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
- Handle leads received through the company website, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
Understanding Client Requirements
- Speak with prospective clients to understand their business, current digital presence, challenges, expectations, target audience, and budget.
