Technical expertise is required in AHU, UPS, DG, emergency lighting, and server/data room operations. The role also involves event management, café operations including licensing, menu planning, HACCP compliance, and food audits, as well as financial management through PR/PO processes, billing, NDC collection, and budget tracking. Stakeholder and vendor management are critical, requiring BU engagement, feedback tracking, vendor issue resolution, KPI reviews, and MOM closure. Risk and EHS management include identifying facility risks, conducting fire drills, ERT training, and ensuring emergency signage compliance.
