Role & responsibilities
- Create high-quality, creative designs for multiple client brands under Social Connexions.
- Design monthly Instagram posts, stories, carousels, campaign creatives and digital advertisements.
- Develop logos, brand identities, brand guidelines and visual concepts from scratch.
- Create packaging designs, menus, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
- Understand each clients brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all designs.
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Translate client briefs and marketing ideas into strong, visually engaging concepts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content team to develop campaign creatives.
- Handle design revisions and client feedback efficiently.
- Prepare final artwork in the correct formats and dimensions for both digital and print use.
- Stay updated with current design, branding and social media trends.
- Bring a solid creative eye for typography, layouts,



colour, composition and overall brand aesthetics.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, logo and packaging design
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Canva is an advantage
- Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for typography, colour and composition
- Ability to create original concepts, not just template-based designs
- Comfortable handling multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Able to understand briefs and turn ideas into strong visual concepts
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines
