Role Purpose

The Senior Manager - Business Development Operations & project management will

serve as the operational backbone of the New Business function, ensuring efficient

management of business development activities from lead generation through proposal

submission and opportunity tracking. The role will support the New Business team in

driving commercial excellence by managing CRM systems, coordinating cross-functional

teams, preparing high-quality customer presentations and proposals, developing





commercial budgets, conducting market research, and ensuring timely execution of

business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Operations

Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates of

leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

Track business opportunities from lead generation through proposal submission

and contract execution.

Monitor progress against business development KPIs and prepare regular

pipeline

Maintain chance trackers, action logs, and follow-up schedules to

ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Proposal & Commercial Support

Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs),

RFP/RFQ responses, concept notes, and commercial documents.

Review, update, and continuously improve company credentials, capability

statements, case studies, and marketing
