About the Role

Sky2C Freight Systems is looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of freight services, customer acquisition, business development, and client relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.





· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

· Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up with customers to convert opportunities into business.

· Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Pricing, Documentation, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat business.

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates to identify new business opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.

· Handle customer queries and resolve commercial issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

· Work towards increasing customer retention, revenue, and profitability.
