Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure for clients across various industries.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Active Directory, group policies, and Amazon RDS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide expert-level support for Wintel environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on Wintel technologies (Windows Server).
- Solid understanding of Active Directory administration including group policies management.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Amazon RDS is an added advantage.
