We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Team Leader – Student Visa Department
to lead our student visa counselling team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Student Visa Counselling team.
- Achieve team targets and monitor individual performance.
- Guide counsellors on student profiles, course selection, and visa strategies.
- Handle complex student visa cases and documentation.
- Conduct team training and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams and institutions.
- Ensure excellent student service and timely application processing.

Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in Student Visa Counselling.
- Previous Team Leader/Senior Counsellor experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of student visa processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
- Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
