Responsibility

Minimum 8+ years of experience in handling Industrial and Institutional sales

Solid exposure to industrial client handling, value selling, and key account management

Proven track record in direct sales to industrial customers as well as indirect sales through channel partners

Demonstrated success in channel development, distributor management, and partner-led growth

Extensive team handling experience, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling sales teams

Experience managing sales across large geographies (state-level or multi-location responsibility preferred)

Lead B2B Institutional & Industrial Sales operations, driving revenue growth across multiple industrial segments

Oversee indirect sales through distributors, channel partners, and dealers to ensure market penetration and coverage

Develop, appoint, and strengthen channel partner networks to expand market footprint

Build and manage long-term relationships with industrial clients, ensuring retention and account growth

Conduct regular strategic client visits, negotiations,



and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders

Own sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and execution across assigned territory

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring capability development and performance management

Drive strong alignment between direct institutional sales teams and channel sales operations

Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies

Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction

Key Tech. Skills:

8+ years of experience in B2B Industrial / Institutional Sales.

Strong exposure to industrial clients handling, including large enterprises and key accounts

Proven experience in direct sales to industry clients as well as indirect sales via channel partners
