We’re looking for a
Performance Creative Designer with 3–5 years of experience
who understands not just how digital creatives look, but
why they perform

You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative Studio teams to create high-performing creatives across
Meta, Google, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other digital platforms
.

This role combines
creative thinking, performance marketing, experimentation and creative operations
.

What You’ll Do
Performance Creative
- Design thumb-stopping, conversion-focused creatives across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
- Create product creatives, offer communication, app banners, category pages and campaign assets for quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop static, GIF and simple motion creatives where required.
- Use performance insights, consumer behaviour and platform trends to develop creative concepts.
- Create multiple variants, test different hooks, layouts and messaging, and optimise based on performance learnings.

Creative Operations




- Own the end-to-end execution of performance creative requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, Creative Studio and Performance Marketing teams.
- Prioritise requests, manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain speed and quality across a high-volume creative environment.

Creative Excellence
- Adapt creatives across formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, creative iteration and workflow optimisation.
- Continuously introduce fresh visual hooks, layouts, storytelling approaches and formats to combat creative fatigue.

Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a digital agency, D2C brand or consumer business.
- Robust understanding of performance marketing creatives and digital advertising formats.
- Experience creating creatives for Meta, Google Ads, Quick Commerce or E-commerce pl
