Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive the sales and market expansion of Tickit, our CRM and ticketing management software designed for SMBs and service-based organizations.

The role will involve lead generation, digital outreach, sales meetings, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and distributor/channel development.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales and business development, with the ability to build relationships across State Government, Central Government, PSUs, government departments, and semi-government organizations.

Candidates with knowledge of CRM solutions, electronics, networking, RF products,



and technology solutions will be strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of sales execution, technical understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Research and identify prospective customers across SMBs, service-based companies, government organizations, PSUs, and semi-government entities.
- Generate qualified leads through direct calling, cold outreach, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, face book and other digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities across multiple industry verticals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into customers.

2. Government & Institutional Business Development
