1. Candidates should be well versed in accounting knowledge
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment are essential for this role
3. Knowledge in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Accounting is preferable
4. Should have prior experience of 2-8years in GL process - Reconciliations (AR & Bank recons) and journals (accrual & re-class)
5. Good Knowledge in P&L;, B/S, Financial Statements, Year-end reconciliation and budgeting is required.
6. Good exposure in excel to use advanced functions of MS excel.
7. Should be flexible in shift time (typically work from 7.30 pm to 4.30 am and may stretch during M/E close)
8. Tool Knowledge in Yardi or Oracle or MRI or JD Edward
