Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Technical Training and Technical Trainers skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage learners, provide feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Experience teaching or mentoring students or early-career professionals in technical or skilled skills is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with curriculum design, learning assessment methods, and use of digital tools or LMS platforms in training is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt training approaches for diverse learner backgrounds.
