Architectural Engagement Specialist (AES)

Location: Delhi

Reporting To: Managing Director

Architect & Designer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, faade consultants, MEP consultants and developers.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions and design workshops.
- Promote organisation solutions during the early stages of project design to influence specifications.
- Maintain regular engagement with key design firms and consultants.

Project Development
- Identify luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects suitable for oragnisation solutions.
- Track projects from concept stage through completion using CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales, Technical Services and Marketing teams to convert specifications into business opportunities.

Business Development
- Generate recent business opportunities through regular customer visits and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with the architectural ecosystem.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, projects and industry trends.





Brand Representation
- Represent organisation at architectural events, exhibitions, seminars and design forums.
- Promote oragnisatio's premium positioning in smart living, shading and building automation.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic professionals with strong communication skills and the potential to build long-term relationships within the architectural community.

Preferred Experience
- experience in Specification Sales, Project Sales, Business Development or Architect Engagement.
- Exposure to architects, interior designers, developers or consultants is preferred.
- Experience in B2B customer-facing roles involving presentations, relationship management or project tracking.

Education
- MBA or Engineering graduates preferred.
