Key Responsibilities
Manage excellence in the forming simulation team
Deliver feasibility support to ensure designs meetmanufacturing processes
Take responsibility to mentor, train and develop the AMECteam
Awareness of market trends and developments in order toinfluence and manage the future development of the team
Providing appropriate support and guidance to BIW andClosures teams
Work with other departments and functions as requiredforming simulations
Manage material matrix complexity
Key result measures / metrices
Deliver part feasibility reports
Deliver recommendations on solutions for solving stampingprocess issues
Provide blank size reports
Deliver blank optimisation reports
Deliver tooling die plans
