The Implementation Specialist is responsible for helping customers successfully adopt and implement products or solutions. This role involves understanding customer requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating with internal teams, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to regular usage.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, workflows, and business objectives.
- Plan and manage implementation activities from kickoff through go-live.
- Configure products, platforms, or solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Translate customer requirements into explicit implementation plans and action items.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training.
- Monitor implementation progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify implementation issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Perform testing and validation before deployment or go-live.
- Maintain implementation documentation,



configuration details, and project updates.
- Support data migration, integrations, and system setup where required.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
- Ensure customers are successfully transitioned to ongoing support or Customer Success teams after implementation.
- Track implementation metrics and continuously improve implementation processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, software implementation, or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans
