Role Description
The Business Development – Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, market research, client meetings, and preparation of proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, and tracking sales performance against targets. The position requires a proactive approach to discovering growth opportunities and contributing to the company’s regional and global expansion.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to understand customer segments, competition, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including presentation and interpersonal skills, to engage prospects and build long-term client relationships.
