Position Details

 Position: Service Engineer / Technician

 Reporting To: Service Head

 Education: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

 Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly Off: Tuesday)  Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties: - ·

Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Industrial Process Chillers and HVAC systems. · Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls at customer sites. · Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues. · Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. · Coordinate with the Service Head regarding service activities. · Maintain service reports and documentation.
