Position: Resource Mobilization Executive (Face-to-Face Fundraising)

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai Reporting to: City Manager

What s This Role About

As a Resource Mobilization Executive, you ll be the face of our cause - raising awareness,

engaging with the public, and helping us raise vital funds that support disability-inclusive

development across India. You ll be working closely with an energetic team that shares your

passion and drive, learning the ropes of fundraising and public engagement along the way.

What You ll Be Doing:
- Connect with people in malls, markets, tech parks, and public spaces




- Start conversations that matter - listen, share stories, and talk about our mission.
- Inspire individuals to support our cause through one-time or monthly donations.
- Work towards fundraising goals - and celebrate wins with your team
- Maintain confidentiality and represent CBM India with pride and professionalism.
- Take on other exciting tasks assigned by your team lead.
