Position Summary:

The Emerson T&M; Global Sales & Marketing Analytics team partners with Sales, Marketing, Web Strategy, Services, Commercial Strategy, and Global and Regional Operations to improve commercial performance through data-driven decision making. We are seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to lead digital measurement, customer behavior analytics, and performance optimization initiatives that connect online engagement to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

In this role, you will leverage Adobe Analytics and related business intelligence platforms to uncover actionable insights, improve digital customer experiences, optimize conversion funnels, and strengthen attribution capabilities across the customer journey. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape the organization's digital measurement strategy, improve data quality and governance, and establish scalable analytics practices that enable informed business decisions globally.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Sales, Regional Leadership, IT, and the Data Office to define and implement measurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of the digital analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and customer experience goals.
- Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement trends using Adobe Analytics and related platforms to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Translate complex business questions into measurable analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Evaluate digital funnel performance and customer journeys to identify friction points, improve conversion rates, and increase pipeline contribution.
