Designation: AssistantManager - Sustainability

Job Purpose: Theprimary purpose of this role is to support and coordinate Plan A activities inalignment with the established strategy. The incumbent will be responsible fororganizing events and seminars, maintaining effective communication withinternal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of dailyoperations.

Technical Skills: GHGAccounting, Plastic Waste Management EPR Compliances, CPCB rules,Understanding Sustainability Reporting Framework and Circularity

Key Deliverables *(Essential functions & Responsibilities of theJob)* :

Support the planning, coordination, andexecution of ESG, Sustainability, Employee Wellbeing, and Plan A initiativesacross all stores and support functions.

Drive employee wellbeing programmes,including Annual Health Check-ups, fitness initiatives, wellness campaigns

Coordinate energy management and ESGreporting, including utility data collection, SECR reporting, energyconservation initiatives, and support internal/external sustainability audits.





Manage statutory environmental compliance,including CPCB/EPR annual filings, plastic waste compliance, regulatorysubmissions, and liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure timelycompliance.

Coordinate waste management initiatives,including vendor management, waste collection programmes, reputational audits,and continuous process improvements.

Support the execution of Plan A and storeengagement programmes, including awareness campaigns, champion engagement,recognition programmes, and sustainability events.

Manage operational activities, including SAPpurchase orders, invoice processing, budget tracking, financial provisions,vendor agreements, NDAs, and contract renewals.

Develop, maintain, and monitor MIS reports,dashboards, project trackers, SOPs, and performance metrics to support informeddecision-making.
