Role Overview

The role involves managing legal matters across contracts, litigation, and property-related issues. The incumbent will ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and support business functions through effective legal advisory and execution.

Key Responsibilities ?

1. Contract Management ?
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate various agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, etc.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with company policies.
- Maintain contract repository and monitor contract lifecycle management.

2. Litigation Management
- Handle ongoing litigations, coordinate with external counsels, and track case progress.
- Prepare case summaries, legal notices, replies, and documentation.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings where required.

3. Property & Land Matters
- Manage legal due diligence for property transactions (purchase, lease, etc.).
- Review land records, title documents,



and coordinate registrations.
- Liaise with authorities on property-related compliance and approvals.

4. Compliance & Advisory
- Provide legal advisory to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support in policy drafting and legal risk assessment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
LLB / LLM from a recognized institution
- Experience:
4–6 years (Combination of law firm and/or corporate experience preferred)
- Solid exposure to contracts, litigation handling, and property matters

- Knowledge of corporate, civil, and property laws
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
