We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Administrator & Developer
to manage, develop, integrate, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform in a global business environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce administration, configuration, security, and user management
- Develop
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
, and Salesforce Flows
- Build and support integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL
- Manage
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Handle data migration, cleansing, governance, and system optimization
- Provide
L2/L3 Salesforce support
and troubleshoot complex issues
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support Salesforce deployments, releases, documentation, and best practices
? Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration & Development
- Robust experience with
Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Salesforce Security
- Experience with enterprise/global Salesforce environments
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
⭐ Preferred Experience
- CargoWise integration
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation
- ERP, TMS, WMS, Microsoft 365 integrations
- MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services
- Salesforce Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce certifications
