We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our salon at Kalpetta, Wayanad.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overall store operations, team management, customer experience, sales, revenue growth, inventory control, and ensuring smooth and profitable functioning of the salon.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced customer-service environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, organised, and ready for business.
- Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures of the salon.

2. Sales & Revenue Management




- Take ownership of the salon's monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer visits, service sales, memberships, packages, and product sales.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Drive repeat business through effective customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Monitor individual staff performance against sales targets.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a high-quality and consistent salon experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while protecting the company's interests.
- Build robust relationships with regular and high-value customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action where required.
