About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in 360° digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

This role requires expertise across paid media, SEO, website optimization, analytics, email marketing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple client accounts and achieving performance-driven KPIs.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, and brand awareness.




- Create and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Develop campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Conduct keyword research and audience research.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Improve website indexing and crawlability.
- Monitor rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Execute local SEO strategies where applicable.

3. Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
