Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, managing marketing teams, building the brand, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence.
- Lead digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop and execute lead-generation and customer-acquisition strategies.




- Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate and convert qualified leads.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing content, communications, events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, tools, and strategies to improve performance.
