Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls/interviews.
- Shortlist candidates according to skills, experience, qualification, and location requirements.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain proper candidate status and recruitment records.
- Candidate Communication
- Communicate job details, salary/stipend, working location, shift details, and joining requirements.
- Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Address candidate queries and concerns professionally.
- Documentation & Verification
- Collect and verify candidate documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, education certificates, bank details, and other required documents.




- Ensure all documents are complete before onboarding.
- Coordinate background/police verification where applicable.
- Offer & Joining Process
- Coordinate offer/LOI issuance and joining formalities.
- Confirm candidate availability and joining date.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, operations, client, and other teams for onboarding.
- Support employee code generation, ID card processing, access, accommodation, and transportation requirements where applicable.
- Recruitment Target Achievement
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain sufficient candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Track joining ratios and reduce candidate dropouts.
- Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Track sourced, screene
