Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Developer with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro).
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM/HAM Pro, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Robust understanding of CMDB, CIs, and asset relationships.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer/Workflows.
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations, Import Sets, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and asset reconciliation.
- Good understanding of JavaScript and ITIL processes.
- Experience in configuration, customization, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- CSA certification is preferred; CIS-HAM is an added advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
