At HNC, engineers get practical exposure to PLC Programming, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, CNC, Motion Control, Machine Automation, Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting.

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation and machinery.
- Handle PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues at customer locations.




- Understand machine sequences and develop Ladder Logic as per application requirements.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Interface PLCs with HMI, VFDs, Servo Drives, sensors, motors, and other automation devices.
- Carry out machine trials and ensure proper machine performance before handover.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Service teams for project execution and customer requirements.
- Prepare basic service reports, commissioning reports, and troubleshooting records.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation, commissioning, and service support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.
