We are seeking a polished, design-savvy Sales Consultant for our luxury showroom. You will guide premium clients, interior designers, and architects through our curated collection of fancy tiles and premium architectural hardware. Your main goal is to provide a luxury shopping experience while driving retail sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Consultation
- Welcome showroom visitors with a warm, professional, and upscale demeanor.
- Guide premium walk-in clients through tile and hardware selections.
- Provide expert design consultations based on client blueprints or mood boards.
- Cross-sell premium hardware fixtures that complement selected tile designs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. [1]
Relationship Management
- Build solid, lasting relationships with interior designers, architects, and custom builders.
- Manage client accounts from the initial consultation through to final delivery.
- Follow up promptly on quotes, leads, and custom design inquiries. [1]
Showroom Excellence & Operations
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards across all display areas.
- Keep sample libraries organized, updated, and ready for presentation.
- Create accurate invoices, price quotes, and sales orders using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience in high-end showrooms.
- Prior experience with premium tiles, sanitaryware, or luxury architectural hardware.
- Proven track record of selling to affluent clients and design professionals.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of interior design trends, color matching, and textures.
- Ability to read basic architectural floor plans and calculate tile square-footage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and CRM software. [1]
