We are hiring for the role of Lab incharge for a reputed steel industry based out at East africa location.

Roles Responsibilities:

Candidate must have a experience in DRI plant.

1. Checking all incoming materials like Iron Ore, Coal. Imported coal and dolomite, etc.
2. Check all finished product like sponge from lumps, sponge iron fines, dolachar, ESP dust and cylo etc.
3. Making report of all analysis in lab.
4. Water analysis in chemical preparation and testing.
5. Maintaining the necessary lab testing both physical chemical relating.
6. Enhance Product Quality : Implement Improve testing procedures for raw materials.
7. Train and Guide incoming lab assistants
8. Oversaw the loading of sponge iron,



ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
9. Lab setting of sponge iron, induction furnace and Raw material handling, dispatch, handling by analyzing samples of sponge iron (DRI), coal, coke, CPC, testing of water, Iron ore, Dolomite, Limestone and Billet by physically inspection and chemical analysis and mining survey of Iron Ore.
