Key Responsibilities-

Paid Media & Growth:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on ROAS, CAC, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.

Campaign Optimization:
- Execute advanced audience segmentation (custom, lookalike, retargeting, funnel-based audiences).
- Drive continuous A/B testing for creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels.
- Optimize campaigns using pixel events, conversion APIs, and GA4 insights.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and attribution tools.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify scaling opportunities and performance gaps across channels.

Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to build high-converting ad creatives.
- Coordinate with agencies or freelancers (if applicable).




- Support new product launches, festive campaigns, and promotional sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-11 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- In-depth expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of D2C funnels, e-commerce tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience managing high monthly ad spends with proven ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to interpret data and take quick, data-backed decisions.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads.
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and heatmap tools.
- Prior experience in FMCG / consumer goods / D2C brands.
