About the Role:
This role is within Synpulse’s Centre of Excellence and is part of a new Reinsurance Operations Team supporting a UK-based specialist (Re) Insurance client company. This role involves assisting with analysis, reporting, and controls to ensure effective management of reinsurance activities. It is an excellent prospect for someone looking to further develop their skills in reinsurance accounting.

We are looking for motivated early-career professionals (2–3 years of experience) who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in reinsurance accounting and operations.

Job Requirements
Required Skills:
This role is ideal for candidates who are early in their career and motivated to grow:
- 2–3 years of experiencein insurance/reinsurance or a similar finance role
- Bachelor’sdegree in finance,accounting,economics or related field
- Basic understanding ofceded reinsurance processes(preferred, not essential)
- Strong English skills (C1+)

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
With guidance and support, you will gradually take ownership of key operational processes:
- Support the administration of ceded reinsurance programs across:
- Facultative
- Proportional treaties
- Excess of Loss contracts
- Assist in managing thecredit control process, including:
- Monitoring outstanding premium and claims balances
- Communicating with brokers and stakeholders
- Supporting report
